Mindful Monday - Sleep is underrated

Since my journey into Ayurveda ( that I started about a week ago ), my bed time comes pretty early ( around 22PM, not later, if I can ). If possible, I turn in even earlier and stop staring at screens/ using devices around 9PM.

It's 21:30 now, so I'm gonna keep this a short post.Just had to run to the kitchen, as I heard my milk was almost boiling over. Gonna add some cinnamon to it and probably some honey, to hopefully sleep even better than last night.

These days I try to be more and more mindful and going into nature - even if that just means a short walk around my village - is an important part of that. It helps to have a view like this ( when the weather is decent enough ).

I have so much to share ( also about my ayurveda experience so far ) but all that will have to wait till at least tomorrow.

Sleep is underrated and waking up early and feeling fresh is still a work in progress for me. Time to have that warm, sweet milk and fill a water bottle to warm my often cold feet ( vata dosha ) when I hit the hay.
