Although I have been breathing steem for over 2.5 years and steam as a kid ( but that's an entirely different story ), it's sometimes advisable to take a break and to start breathing oxygen again - to go out, walk in the rain or sun, listen to the birds and barking dogs in the distance, to enjoy nature and life away from your screen(s).
Try to clear your head and step out of your bubble for a bit.
Zoom out and look at yourself from a distance
All is well.
There is an entire world out there, full of possibilities, full of energy, full of life and love.
Unless you focus on the feeling of dis ease more than you focus on the enjoyable things right in front of you, you won't feel ( or get ) better.

You might wanna ask yourself how big a part Steemit, cryptocurrency and the blockchain play in your life?
How are you balancing this with other things, like family ( yeah, I know, this place feels like a family too ), work ( perhaps this is your work too ), life in general?
Are Steemit and crypto starting to take over your life, are they affecting your health? And if so, is this a positive change or does it make you feel ill? If the latter is the case, are there any changes you can make to feel better?
Do you have a Plan B or perhaps even a Plan C, if all of this doesn't work out ( for you ) eventually?
If so, how do these other plans make you feel?
If you don't have any, you might wanna consider thinking of an alternative.
And I'm not telling you this as a pessimist. I'm not suggesting you should jump ship. I'm merely being realistic and reminding you of the possibilities, of the reality that we can all create, that we are all creating. This dream that we are living in together. A dream that does not need to be a nightmare but it can be if you see if you just focus on the fearful stuff.

I hope you still realize how beautiful life is, if you forget about the news spreading the fear with the C word and on micro level - on our blockchain - the 'drama' going on on Steemit, since the take over by Tron.
And let's be honest, is it really drama(tic) or are we just creating the believe that it is bad, that it's hurting us. It sure is, if it makes us afraid, if it takes over our lives and makes us feel miserable but that is our choice. It's just a perspective.
Does it need to be dramatic? Does it need to make us feel miserable? No. Can we change our perspective? Yes. Can we learn from this and adapt to the change? Can we go with the flow rather than trying to swim against it? Yes, we can.
Is it easy? It sure can be. It all depends on your attitude. It's always harder to swim against the stream. Believe me, I graduated Cum Laude in this. Struggle was my middle name. But I've always been a survivor too and I will get through this and so will you if you focus on the positives.
